We wanted to be able to walk everywhere and not be reliant on a car. He was very honest about the neighborhoods (even streets) and told us which ones would suit our needs. He understood what we were looking for right away. He went over and above when he gave us names of contractors and other professionals since we would be renovating the property we bought. The search for a new property can be arduous, but with Digger it was a lot of fun. Once I made an offer, he made sure that everything went smoothly and took care of a lot of details, minimizing any worry or anxiety for me. He was also great at negotiating on price and concessions. He went above and beyond to help with showings from afar, and was candid and trustworthy with his opinions.
